We are available to answer any questions that may arise during your shopping experience on Inspired Luxe, from the moment of purchase through order fulfillment, shipping and delivery. Once you have added an item to your shopping bag, you can start the checkout process by clicking the "CHECKOUT" button. You can also choose to continue shopping on the site and once you're ready to checkout, click on "CART" at the top right of your screen. You can also place an order by phone by calling Customer Service at 415-964-0536. Your phone number and email address are also required in case Customer Service needs to contact you about your order.




We use USPS and UPS for Domestic and International shipping. We insure the items to the customer via USPS and UPS. Inspired Luxe ships via USPS and UPS from the Northern California area to street addresses in the U.S. Shipping rates are dependent on order total, weight, location and applicable taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and most U.S. Territories. Inspired Luxe business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST, excluding holidays.

 *High value orders, or orders shipping to an address other than the billing address, require approximately 2 additional processing days. High value orders include orders with any item over $1,000, or multiple orders that have been placed within a 24-hour period totaling $1000. A customer service representative will contact you if your order requires additional processing time.

Shipping Time: Our goal is to process and ship your order within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. For items that are “made-to-order”, please allow additional time for the item to be processed and shipped. For Domestic Orders only, a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. International Orders: Inspired Luxe will try to expedite shipments internationally but depending on the country, delays may occur during the customs clearance process. International buyers are responsible for duties, taxes and fees charged by one’s country. Inspired Luxe will not refund or credit such expenses.

Undelivered Packages: Inspired Luxe is not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.


We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information. Log into your Account and check the Account Details and Order History.


The sales tax policy applies to domestic orders only. The total sales tax will be reflected on your invoice and will include state and local taxes, where applicable. Please note that each state’s tax laws specify what purchases are subject to sales tax.


We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Inspired Luxe. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, items in original condition can be returned for credit, exchange or refund, unless specifically noted on item featured on that “no returns accepted”. Returns must be received within 7 days of the date of receipt of delivery. After 7 days past the receipt date, you may return an item for exchange (credit) only except for those items featured on that have a “no returns accepted” policy. Additional shipping charges may apply.

All merchandise must be received in the original condition and cannot be used or damaged.

  • All items must be unworn.
  • You must include the original sales receipt.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Inspired Luxe reserves the right to deny return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.

Inspired Luxe highly recommends shipping the item with tracking number and insurance, as Inspired Luxe is not responsible for lost or damaged goods while the item is being returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To return apparel, jewelry, handbags or other product purchased on Inspired Luxe you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 14 days of the shipment date and return the item(s) within 21 days of the shipment date. To request an RMA number, go to Account Details and Order History, and simply click "Request RMA". The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, plus another 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card statement. We’ll notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.


Inspired Luxe does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We keep all your personal details completely confidential.  



How do I make a purchase on Inspired Luxe?

Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our terms and conditions. You may register on Inspired Luxe for faster checkout, but an account is not necessary to place an order.

What payment methods does Inspired Luxe accept?

Inspired Luxe accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro. Some cards may require authorization from the issuing bank.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Inspired Luxe?

We take security very seriously and our payment process uses the most advanced coding methods. Inspired Luxe also supplies VeriSign certificates and ATW for your safety.

How will I know my order has been received?

After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation email. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified.
